Was shopping at the commissary and after l loading my truck, went to start it and lo and behold and much to my dismay, the truck wouldn't start. It would turn over, but it wouldn't catch. Seemed to be a fuel problem. On top of that, it was raining. Commissary employee recommended Birds Towing. They were out within 15 minutes and to their garage in 20 minutes. . After leaving and later that night, I got a call that when they went to look at the vehicle, it started and did so every time they attempted to do so. Diagnosis was a fuel pump. Vehicle is 21 years old and the fuel pump had never been changed. Starting with the tow operator (Anthony) to the owner (Bill), I can't say enough about the promptness, courtesy and professionalism of everyone involved. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would have no issues at all using this business. But seeing as how I don't, I highly recommend Birds Towing & Service Center to those who are in need or are looking for a trusted mechanic/garage!
